Get The Mental Edge app

Put your coach on your home screen for fast, full-screen access. There is no app-store account, download fee, or credit card.

Follow the highlighted instructions for your device below.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open mentaledgecoach.org in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. Open Mental Edge from its new icon.

Android

  1. Open mentaledgecoach.org in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm Install.

Mac & Windows

Your device
  1. Open the site in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar.
  3. Choose Install.
  4. On Safari for Mac, choose File, then Add to Dock.

The installed app uses the same secure account, saved sessions, coach, and content as the website. An internet connection is required for coaching replies.
